Role Overview:
We are seeking a Product Manager with a background in civil or structural engineering to bridge technical expertise with product development. The ideal candidate will leverage their engineering background to guide product features, refine generative design algorithms, and optimize workflows. This is a unique opportunity to transition into product management and shape a groundbreaking AI product in construction.
Key Responsibilities:
- EV charger and energy storage system
- Troubleshoot system performance issues and locate faults
- Great communication and problem-solving skills, can work with customers and coworkers on the phone, in person and through email
- Working environment:high voltages and currents
- Wear personal protective equipment (PPE), always including a safety hat and goggles
- Going to the site to assist with installation and commissioning
- Assistance with EV charger Production issues
Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited Electronics Technician program or Graduation from an Electrical Apprenticeship program or has Minimum of Two (2) years of verifiable full-time work experience in electronic maintenance (troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of electronic and/or electro mechanical equipment)
- Continue to be trained in EV chargers and ESS (energy storage system) and share gained knowledge and other best practices with other team members
- Acceptance of occasional business trips
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Requires a Valid driver's license
