Description

The Field Insights Team is focused on creating scalable processes to gather and analyze feedback from the CRO field, driving product improvements that align with the touch engine and our up-market motion. By collecting insights from customers, client-facing teams, and partners, the team informs product enhancements and translates feedback into actionable business intelligence. Additionally, it serves as a bridge between builders and client-facing teams, supporting domain-led initiatives to identify product gaps and enhance the customer experience.


About The Role

  • Project management: Lead and coordinate projects that gather and act on field product insights, ensuring timely execution and alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Process Design: Design and build scalable processes to support a continuous feedback loop between the builders and client-facing teams, ensuring efficient collection and utilization of the CRO field insights.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, Sales, and customer success, to manage the touch engine feedback loop.
  • Feedback Collection: Design and implement surveys, interviews, roundtables, and focus groups to capture product insights and experiences from CRO customers and customer-facing teams.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Reporting: Develop and present reports and dashboards summarizing customer feedback and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Senior manager with a track record of successfully leading cross-collaborative projects
  • 3+ years of experience in project management, account management or a related role.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis tools and methodologies.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey insights to diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in customer feedback tools and CRM systems.
