Job Title
Channel leader, Ultrasound

Job Description

Your role:

Responsible for driving sales of products and services with Channel Partners in Ultrasound business.

  • Makes Ultrasound channel strategy and drives channel transformation projects to meet mid to long-term business targets 25%.
    • Develops channel strategy and plan for GC to expand channel coverage and improve win rate.
    • Sets up and optimizes channel structure to meet different specialties’ business growth targets.
  • Identifies and evaluates potential partners based on standard criteria, develops and executes strategies to expand partner network for optimizing channel efficiency 50%.
    • Identifies potential partners and build partner pipeline together with sales leaders
    • evaluates potential partners and selects best-fit partners based on Ultrasound channel strategy and standard criteria.
  • Monitors partners’ performance to maximize channel performance and executes performance management mechanism for upgrading channel capability 25%.
    • Monitors partners’ performance regularly and identifies capability gaps.
    • Takes actions together with sales leader, including partners’ capability building, performance improvement or exit etc.

  • Project Management trained & experienced (certification preferred).
