Adobe’s Digital Media (DMe) business focuses on advancing ground-breaking content and driving the digital transformation of industries! It provides tools and services that enable individuals, small businesses, and enterprises to create, publish, promote, manage and monetise their content anywhere through the Adobe Creative Cloud and Document Cloud.

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Corporate Sales Manager to build and lead an impactful team of sales professionals (Named Account Managers). The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of key accounts, driving revenue, and ensuring the team meets and exceeds sales targets.

What you'll do

Leadership and Team Management

  • You will coach and mentor a team of Account Executives to enable success.

  • This will be achieved by building a hard-working collaborative environment, that encourages deep partnerships with cross-functional teams.

Strategic Account Management

  • Support your team with their planning and prioritisation of sales activities across customer accounts - with a strong focus on high potential growth opportunities.

  • Use a collaborative approach to help customers to achieve their strategic objectives, using analytical and selling skills to understand their business requirements, and to then build a value proposition based on their needs.

Customer Engagement

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with key customers and team members.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and initiatives to drive customer engagement and upsell opportunities.

Sales Performance and Accurate Forecasting and Reporting

  • Employ sales data analysis, market research, design thinking, customer feedback, to create strategies & programs to bolster the performance of your sales team through the identification of market trends to find opportunities and challenges.

  • Translate sales analysis and activity into accurate and timely sales forecasts and reports with proper CRM sales process tracking.

What you'll need to succeed

  • We're looking for individuals with an excellent SaaS sales management track record, working in global and sophisticated, matrix organisations, with ambitious and exciting growth aspirations.

  • A a people-centric sales leader experienced in enterprise software sales with a track record of achieving/exceeding sales quota and market share goals.

  • Track record with and strong understanding of how to work with >$1bn turnover organisations. • Excellent networking ability and extensive success in solution selling to executives, VP and/or "C" level – preferably CMO/Digital Leaders.

  • Outstanding communication, presentation and negotiation skills (verbal and written).

  • Experienced in the delivery of a large-scale digital transformation: Able to maintain a high level of efficiency and work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative and team-oriented environment.
