Advertising Operations Specialist
This is a contract opportunity.
This is a remote opportunity.

About this position

This position partners with internal Customer Immersion team members to provide operational execution support for managing client immersion requests for both managed and unmanaged advertisers. Responsibilities include recruiting research participants for user experience studies and guiding them through various processes, including onsite visits, remote studies, and offsite studies in the U.S. and abroad. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in advertising effectiveness and project management, demonstrating a passion for advertising, analytical thinking, and excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage immersion operations by coordinating with internal teams on tasks like email outreach, scheduling, and performance tracking for multiple projects.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot immersion progress to ensure program quality and consistency.
  • Address incoming requests promptly, using technology and excellent customer service to assist in real time.
  • Collect insights to support product development for internal teams and help advertising partners meet their marketing goals.
  • Engage in weekly training and operational meetings, collaborating with the team and quickly adopting new practices.
  • Analyze and identify ways to improve tools and processes for greater efficiency.

 

Skills/Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience within the advertising ecosystem and a thorough understanding of major success metrics.
  • 2+ years of experience managing client-facing communication concerning campaign setup per internal direction.
  • Experience with Salesforce, including SFMC Email Studio, is critical for participant outreach.
  • Detail-oriented, computer literate, and tech-savvy with proficiency in working with multiple desktop applications and the ability to quickly learn in-house software.
  • Experience working on research studies (inbound feedback, A/B tests, surveys, interviews).
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and effectively multitask while maintaining an exceptional level of quality.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and work in a high-performance team environment.
  • Previous tech experience is a plus.

 

Additional Information:

  • Remote work environment with a preference to work PST hours
  • 3-month contract

Pay/Salary Range:

 

  • Pay Range: $27-$33/hour
