We are seeking a Lead Generation Google Ads Specialist to create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns that drive high-quality leads. This role requires a data-driven mindset, strong analytical skills, and a strategic approach to continuously improve campaign performance. The ideal candidate thrives on testing, iterating, and making decisions based on metrics.
What You'll Do. You will…
Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, and Video networks.
Monitor and analyze key metrics, ensuring CPL, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates meet performance goals.
Conduct X A/B tests per month on ad creatives, bidding strategies, and audience targeting.
Scale ad spend efficiently while maintaining or improving ROI and lead quality.
Write and refine high-engagement ad copy to maximize click-through and conversion rates.
Implement and optimize conversion tracking and attribution models for accurate performance measurement.
Stay updated on Google Ads best practices, industry trends, and algorithm changes.
Provide weekly performance reports with insights and actionable recommendations.
Requirements
You might be the one we are looking for if you…
Have at least 2 years of experience in Google Ads
Are proficient in Google Ads (Search, Display, Video, Performance Max).
Have a strong data analysis skills using Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools.
Have experience with A/B testing and performance tracking to optimize ad effectiveness.
Have expertise in audience targeting, bid management, and funnel optimization.
Have the ability to craft compelling ad copy that drives engagement and conversions.
Are familiar with conversion tracking, attribution models, and Google Tag Manager.
Are fluent in English, both speaking and writing.
Include “Google Ads Pro” in your resume or cover letter so we know you’re detail-oriented.
Are comfortable speaking on video calls.
Can work in US Time Zone (can work at least 4 hours overlapping the client’s time)
Are available full time, 8 hours per day, 5 days per week.
Have a reliable internet connection and video call setup.
