Job Description

Take care of personnel evaluation and development
Participate in face-to-face meetings and interviews
Ensure employees onboarding
Contribute to employee's motivation efforts
Help with internal activities aimed at corporate culture development
Assist in recruitment, position transfers, rotations, and dismissals
Take part in the organization of corporate events
Support the company's staff database
Participate in the development of the company's personnel policies

Qualifications

At least 3 years of Human Resources Management experience (preferably in the IT industry)
HR interviewing experience
Full cycle HR experience in adaptation, motivation, development, and retention of personnel
Experience in introducing, composing, and updating the company's policies
At least an Upper-Intermediate level of English

WOULD BE A PLUS
