You will be partnering with multiple Research & Development teams and provide business partnership to its leadership. The R&D department in Brussels counts approximately 600 employees supported by an HR team.

Your responsibility will be to build the context which enables the organization you support to perform at its very best, so that we can achieve and exceed our strategic objectives.

Your contribution to P&G`s success:

  • Partner with the R&D teams to identify, lead and implement organization initiatives to build an inclusive and engaging culture that builds the business.

  • Provide coaching to the leadership team to enable them to be best-in-class people managers & coaches and so, deliver the talent management strategy of R&D.

  • Build a strong rapport with the employees and provide strategic counsel on people-related issues.

  • Support R&D teams to run their workforce efficiently in the context of headcount, budget and productivity targets; preserving a healthy work/life balance for the team, maintaining a healthy intake of new talent, and ensuring compliance with labor law.

  • Close collaboration with the R&D HR team to leverage each-others’ projects and expertise, re-apply initiatives, and lead local or regional projects that are relevant for the whole R&D department in B.I.C.

Job Qualifications

You are the right fit if you are/have:

  • Master degree in HR or relevant field;

  • Fluent in English and preferably knowledge of Dutch and/or French;

  • Ability to work collaboratively across interfaces and influence lower and upper management levels, in a highly-matrixed organization;

  • Ability to think strategically and a strong learning agility is desired;

  • Cultural savviness to support the R&D Equality & Inclusion Strategy on a site that has employees of more than 30 nationalities;
