Job Description

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive outreach programs to engage local communities
  2. Coordinate with diverse community groups and stakeholders to understand their needs and concerns
  3. Manage and nurture partnerships with community organizations, businesses, and government agencies
  4. Increase awareness of Govuni's services through various marketing and communication channels
  5. Plan, organize, and execute community events, workshops, and educational programs
  6. Create and maintain relationships with key community leaders and influencers
  7. Develop and manage budgets for outreach initiatives and community projects
  8. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of outreach programs, adjusting strategies as needed
  9. Prepare detailed reports on outreach activities, outcomes, and community impact
  10. Represent Govuni at community meetings, local events, and public forums
  11. Collaborate with internal teams to align outreach efforts with organizational goals and objectives
  12. Identify and pursue new opportunities for community engagement and service expansion
  13. Train, supervise, and mentor outreach staff and volunteers to ensure high-quality program delivery

Qualifications

Qualifications: 3-5 years in community engagement, ideally with nonprofit or public advocacy experience.
