Min 5 years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar role with a strong acumen in the construction field. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software tools

Core responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements. Prepare and organize meeting materials, agendas, and presentations. Attend meetings, take detailed minutes, and follow up on action items. Act as a point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders. Manage and prioritize incoming emails, phone calls, and correspondence on behalf of executives. Draft and edit communications, reports, and presentations as needed. Assist in the planning and execution of special projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met. Coordinate cross-departmental efforts to support executive initiatives. Track progress on key projects and report updates to executives. Maintain and organize confidential files, records, and documents. Prepare, proofread, and format reports, contracts, and other documents as required.
