Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Orchestrate complex schedules for C-Suite clients, ensuring smooth execution of high-level meetings and coaching sessions
  • Spearhead research initiatives on client companies, industry trends, and emerging leadership practices
  • Identify and evaluate high-potential RFPs, positioning the company for lucrative opportunities
  • Craft compelling social media content and manage communication calendars to amplify the company’s thought leadership
  • Streamline client onboarding processes for various procurement portals, enhancing operational efficiency
  • Develop comprehensive client profiles and matchmaking data to optimize coaching partnerships
  • Analyze and synthesize workshop data and feedback to drive continuous improvement of coaching programs
  • Compile and distribute weekly industry insights, keeping the team at the forefront of business trends
  • Maintain and optimize various databases and information systems crucial for business operations


Requirements
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas with an “executive voice”

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and aptitude for quickly mastering new digital platforms
