We are looking for a Customer Retentions Manager for a D2C Wellness Brand. This one of itβs kind wellness brand is preseed funded with 1M USD and is looking to build its core team.
Job Profile:
Own end-to-end execution of Engagement & Retention campaigns across all owned media β email, notifications, SMS, WhatsApp, Push notifications, Product Inventory
Structure campaigns & build Journeys for different user segments and business offerings, across multiple channels
Track & monitor channel level performance targets of visits, orders, revenue & conversion
Brainstorms new and creative retentions strategies through digital marketing.
Plans, executes, and measures experiments and conversion tests.
Collaborates with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
Identifies critical conversion points and drop off points and optimizes user funnels.
Collaborates with agencies and other vendor partners.
Evaluates emerging technologies.
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in customer retention marketing
Well-versed with marketing tools such as Klavio, Wati etc
Should have strong analytical skills and a data-driven problem-solving approach.
Should be able to strategize and execute campaigns and link them to the organizational goals
Expert MS Excel Skills. Should be able to manage and process large amount of data.
Data-driven mindset with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
