Job description

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

Missions & responsabilities
Listen and understand customer / distributor needs, identify the relevant SEPPIC person to contact, coordinate the enquiries until customers receive a quick, satisfactory reply. Serve the customers /distributors in conjunction with the Business Unit Manager : provide a quick customer service operating as a problem solver for the customer / Distributor. Be a reliable pivot within SEPPIC India team.

1- Coordinate customers / distributors:

  • i. Reviewing pre-sale proposals, Preparing quotes for potential customers (if necessary)
  • ii. Process order requests and submit sales orders thru SEPPIC ERP system and monitor the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
  • iii. Samples submissions and relevant processes
  • iv. Maintain data to monitor the BU enquiries which need to be processed for granting a quick feedback to the customer / distributor
  • v. Provide after-sales support
  • vi. Handle the inbound and outbound couriers

2- Partner of the sales representatives : To provide reliable support to the sales team.

  • i. Maintain data to monitor sales orders and relevant activities
  • ii. Contact customer / distributor for cash collections
  • iii. Transfer the enquiry to the relevant person within SEPPIC’s organisation. regarding product or logistic complaint, customer questionnaire, technical issues and procure relevant information for registering complaints in SEPPIC system
  • iv. Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
  • v. Prepare various sales reports

3. Support QA co-ordinator by providing document support and answering to the customer and sales team emails with the help of Zone QA in charge.
4. Work on import/export files every month and share the same with the sales team with conclusions.
5. Be open to work/support on the logistic/import -export/distribution support for the new Seppic India distribution business for India customers which is expected to start from 2025.
