Job Overview:
We are currently seeking to fill a full-time position for an AVP of Information Security within the Security Architecture and Engineering team, part of LPL’s Technology Information Security organization. This individual will be focusing on complex Identity Access Management (IAM) projects supporting the ForgeRock Identity Cloud (IDC) environment. The ideal candidate will have a well-rounded IAM, security-focused background, as well as the ability to autonomously manage projects.
Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and administer ForgeRock IDC security supporting the Prudential advisors
Evaluate IAM security posture and make recommendations to ensure compliance with organizational security standards
Assess IAM security systems and processes to identify potential risk gaps and compliance issues
Document IAM security solution architectures and identify control gaps
Partner with Information Security teams to ensure proposed solutions adhere to defined specifications
Conduct research to keep abreast of latest industry trends, topics, and security issues
Member of on-call rotation to support response to IAM incidents
Performs other job-related duties or special projects as assigned

Requirements:
Demonstrated hands-on experience with ForgeRock IDC, Groovy connectors, Frodo, and IAM systems, authorization and authentication methods
5-8 years of hands-on design, configuration, and delivery experience with IAM solutions, server-level access, and logging tools (i.e. Splunk)
5-8 years of experience with IAM connectors and APIs.
Excellent ability to document and diagram solutions and infrastructure using Lucid or Visio
Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to identify and distill root causes of issues and provide solutions
Preferences:
Foundational understanding of risk management and compliance frameworks such as NIST 800-53 or CSF, CIS, ISO 27001
Strong understanding of IAM architectures, design, and challenges
Industry relevant information security and IAM certifications: CISSP (strongly preferred, but not required)
Pay Range:
$117,200.00 - $195,400.00
Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
