The Regional Sales Manager will work as part of the sales team working remotely from Wisconsin or Illinois. 75% travel - including overnight stays.
In this position, the Regional Sales Manager will provide direction, recommendations, and suggestions to support to business operations pertaining to sales of the organization. The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for the developing and implementing sales plans to accomplish company goals. The Regional Sales Manager will review market analysis of customer needs and develop and control the defined sales programs. This position requires computer knowledge and manual dexterity. This position requires the ability to read instructions represented in manuals and follow these instructions.
Work You’ll Do:
Communicate with customers daily
Maintains knowledge of industry trends affecting the company’s sales
Assists management in the annual review, preparation and administration of the organization's sales forecasts.
Recommends, evaluates and participates in sales programs.
Participates on committees and special projects and seeks additional responsibilities.
Prepares reports as needed
Responsible for meeting team targets and key performance indicators
Develops and implements strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals.
Reviews market analyses to determine customer needs, price schedules and discount rates.
Advises dealers, distributors and clients concerning sales and advertising techniques.
Analyzes sales statistics to formulate policy and assist in promoting sales.
Represents company at trade association meetings to promote product.
Delivers sales presentations to key clients in coordination with sales representatives.
Meets with key clients, assisting sales representatives with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals.
Prepares periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.
Monitors and evaluates the activities and products of the competition.
Travel is required- up to 75%
Follow all safety guidelines and operate in a safe manner
Other duties as assigned by management

Education and Experience
Sales Experience 5 to 8 years
Experience in mold making or plastics industry
Ability to utilize CRM software
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Must be well organized
