Who We're Looking For:
EmpiRx Health is in unprecedented growth, and we're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Client Executive.  In this critical role, you will be responsible for developing and executing tailored strategies that align with client goals, maximizing account growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires a proactive, solutions-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams to deliver value and drive business outcomes.

What You'll Do:
As a Strategic Client Executive,  your role will encompass a wide range of responsibilities; here are a few:
  • Maintain a 99% client retention rate with referenceable clients.
  • Evaluate market and client conditions to anticipate client needs and taking appropriate action to proactively address them.
  • Develop a deep understanding of client intent, and making actionable suggestions to ensure client plans are optimized to meet client performance goals. 
  • Coordinate and host quarterly account team meetings - ensure holistic understanding of client plan performance, client goals, internal goals and strategic plans.
  • Ensure that Client Executive and Client Management Leadership are promptly notified of escalated client issues/requests, systemic issues, unachievable deliverable dates, capacity limitations and any client relationship concerns.
What You Need: 
  • 2+ years of experience managing accounts with self-funded employer groups
  • 2+ years of working knowledge in the pharmacy benefits management industry
  • Ability to travel overnight up to 25%
