YOUR ROLE

  • Lead, develop and direct the marketing team with all marketing efforts to maximize sales of contrast media product line
  • Direct, develop and implement long-term strategic marketing/business plans that include channel, selling, merchandising and pricing strategies
  • Develop, manage, and oversee the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
  • Establish & implement annual brand plans that include full range management, collateral development & the execution of promotional programs
  • Create and manage appropriate brand and product positioning statements
  • Manage the lifecycle of the brands and products assigned with a focus on growth & profitability
  • Understand and follow specific compliance and regulatory requirements
  • Supports selling efforts (targeting strategies, training, etc.) and acts as a brand ambassador for scientific meetings, events, promotions and dedicated sales calls
  • Analyzes historical trends and apply judgment to predict forecast and prepare local and HQ forecast reports
  • Collaboration with cross functional teams, Finance, Technical Service, Business Development, Customer Service, Inside Sales
  • Develop key customer account, key opinion leader (KOL), and key industry vendor relationships on behalf of Guerbet and MR Marketing to support to the North America sales team and help Guerbet LLC achieve its annual goals.
  • Explore, analyze, potential partnerships to improve company profitability
  • Collects, analyze, and provide recommendations, based from pertinent data (market, financial,) as well as face to face meetings with the target market in an effort to identify new business opportunities for Guerbet LLC
  • Identify, assess and potentially open sales and distribution channels to help optimize new and existing customer relationships. Help strengthen business relationships to existing support channels while developing new channels to help meet and exceed the company’s annual sales goals in working with the sales management team.

 

YOUR BACKGROUND

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Marketing, Life Sciences, Diagnostic Imaging, or Pharmaceuticals
  • Sales and marketing principals and a technical background
  • Business/Marketing Bachelor’s degree
  • MBA or MS preferred
