Job description

We now have an exciting opportunity for a Finance Business Partner – US to join the finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing key reports and assisting with the performance management including latest forecast and modelling.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support regarding cash allocations
  • Preparing and discussing management packs
  • Ensuring standard reports are accurate and distributed in a timely manner
  • Business Partnering the US businesses, working closely with the Senior FBP, Regional heads, CFO/COO & CEO
  • Providing case and client analysis on business areas in conjunction with the business leaders and business development team
  • Ensuring data accuracy in TM1 and resolving any issues with the system accountants
  • In depth review of the P&L on a monthly basis
  • Working closely with all areas of the business (HR, Legal, Payroll, Finance, Sales, Operations)
  • Modelling new opportunities for team hires or other business development opportunities
  • Working with key stakeholders to understand financial performance and latest forecast
  • Preparing month-end analysis on financial performance and Key Performance Indicators
  • Working with the Senior FBP on latest forecasts & budgets
  • Regular communication with the Systems Accountant/Analyst regarding reporting requirements
  • Provide support on ad hoc reporting requirements including analysis that supports decision making
  • Provide adhoc support to the Senior FBP and cover across the Finance team as required
