Key Responsibilities:
Innovative Product Marketing Strategy and Leadership
- Spearhead product marketing efforts by crafting and implementing cutting-edge innovative go-to-market (GTM) strategies.
- Propel the rapid adoption of Fuel Cycle’s platform, driving engagement with innovative products and solutions.
- Partner seamlessly with product management to fuse platform advancements with evolving market demands and audience preferences.
- Cultivate deep expertise in Fuel Cycle’s offerings aligned with the market landscape by, understanding the platform’s features and roadmap, ensuring alignment with audience behaviors and preferences.
Creative Messaging and Content Innovation
- Design captivating messaging, unique value propositions, and distinct technical differentiators for product and platform launches.
- Develop and communicate powerful product narratives that engage a wide range of audiences, from technical experts to executive stakeholders, simplifying intricate AI-powered solutions for maximum impact.
- Generate and support dynamic, high-quality content that fuels demand generation across every stage of the funnel, including thought leadership articles, customer success stories, webinars, product overviews, and solution playbooks.
- Tailor these assets to resonate with target personas, helping prospects clearly grasp the unique value of Fuel Cycle’s solutions.
Drive Sales Success through Tailored Enablement
- Craft innovative, concise, and impactful sales enablement resources, including competitive intelligence briefs, dynamic training modules, quick-reference cheat sheets, and comprehensive FAQs.
- Elevate the sales team's readiness with highly targeted, easily digestible content that empowers them to confidently tackle objections, highlight competitive advantages, and close deals faster.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure sales resources are not only up-to-date but also strategically aligned with market trends and evolving customer needs.
- Continually refine and expand enablement materials to foster ongoing growth, keeping the sales force agile, informed, and equipped to outperform in a competitive landscape.
Market Insights and Data-Driven Decision Making
- Continuously monitor and anticipate shifts in market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer challenges to ensure your strategies are always one step ahead.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and report on key objectives, using data to inform strategic decisions and optimize campaigns and sales initiatives.
Your Success Metrics:
- Product Launch Success: Time-to-market, adoption rates, percentage of target KPIs met (e.g., sales, leads, or demo requests).
- Market Positioning and Differentiation: Brand awareness, share of voice (SOV) in the market, competitor analysis, and positioning improvements.
- Revenue Growth and Product ROI: Contribution to revenue growth, product margins, and ROI on product marketing initiatives.
- Customer Acquisition and Retention: Customer acquisition costs (CAC), customer retention rate, and churn rate.
- Sales Enablement and Alignment: Sales team adoption of marketing assets, increase in qualified leads, sales cycle length, and feedback from the sales team.
- Product Usage and Engagement: Metrics: Product usage frequency, feature adoption rates, and customer feedback.
- Campaign Effectiveness and Pipeline Contribution: Campaign performance (click-through rates, conversions, etc.), lead generation volume, and percentage of pipeline influenced by marketing.

What you’ll bring:
- 6+ years of experience in enterprise software product marketing and technical marketing, with a proven track record of driving product and campaign content, product positioning and messaging, sales enablement.
- Experience in the market research industry or familiarity with research methodologies, audience segmentation, and customer insights technology.
- You are a curious, strategic thinker – you like to go deep on product knowledge and enjoy the discovery process to highlight our key differentiators.
- Ability to analyze market trends and competitive landscapes, identifying opportunities to differentiate Fuel Cycle’s offerings.
- Experience supporting marketing programs in a fast-paced environment. Scrappy, creative thinking with an aptitude for sleuthing and discovery.
- Proven ability to drive measurable growth in product adoption, lead generation, and customer engagement through effective product marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills – written and verbal.
- Attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Able to collaborate with a cross-functional team, both technical and business.
- Bachelor’s or equivalent experience.
Strongly Preferred, But Not Required
- Artificial Intelligence, Software as a service (SaaS) or Platform as a service (PaaS) experience a plus.

This position pays between $135,000 – $160,000 base salary + bonus. Your final base salary will be determined based on location, work experience, skills, knowledge, education and/or certifications.
If you are located within a 25-mile radius of our LA or NY HQs, you will be considered a hybrid associate and will be required to be in the office 3 days/week.
