What will the role involve? 
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategy: identify the market opportunity and analyse competitors to clearly differentiate and position new products. You will be responsible for building a comprehensive strategy to launch new products and features. 

  • Drive product adoption: identify adoption strategies for existing products and features for new and existing merchants. 

  • Package products & features: collaborate with Product Managers to design a merchant-focussed product portfolio with unified naming conventions, product bundling and more

  • Be an advocate for our merchants: work with product operations to gather and analyze merchant feedback to create and improve product marketing strategies.

  • Enable and educate - you’re a product expert and take ownership of driving product education, internally and externally. This could involve hosting product events, user forums, changelogs, newsletters and more. 


What are we looking for?
  • Proven ability to develop and execute successful go-to-market strategies for a technical/SaaS product, ideally in fintech or payments

  • Strong analytical skills and experience with market research and data analysis 

  • Confidence and ease in leading customer interviews, joining presentations at C-level, and working with technical counterparts at some of the largest merchants

  • Great communication & presentations skills - you can make the complicated sound simple and interact with stakeholders, technical and non-technical, alike

  • A collaborative approach - to efficiently work with clients, partners, and internally, with Product, Marketing, and Sales
