Job description

We’re looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager with experience in developer tooling to build, drive, and iterate on GTM processes, strategies, and execution for our flagship CI/CD product. 


As a Senior Product Marketing Manager you will work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to create and evolve compelling and descriptive ICPs, personas, positioning, and messaging that create demand and adoption across the customer lifecycle. 


As a Senior PMM at Bitrise, you will:

  • Create and evolve our market positioning for our flagship, CI product. 
  • Develop a deep understanding of the customers’ needs and the different personas across the buying journey. 
  • Regularly conduct competitive analysis and deliver market insights to drive the GTM strategy 
  • Input into pricing and packaging structure for Bitrise CI (and add-ons) 
  • Optimize the user journey with compelling onboarding workflows, email drip campaigns and in-app messages. 
  • Regularly collaborate with stakeholders from across the business, including product, marketing, sales, etc, to build and execute go-to-market plans and product/feature launches 
  • Collaborate with the larger marketing team to create compelling assets (such as landing pages, campaigns) 
  • Develop compelling sales enablement (messaging and collateral) to support our direct sales channel
  • Drive and optimize the self service journey for SMB audience 
  • Define goals, coordinate product launches, and measure post-launch impact.
  • Stay updated on market trends and the competitive landscape to identify opportunities and contribute to the product strategy and execution.


Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in tech-heavy B2B SaaS
  • Have demonstrable value and outcome-driven product marketing experience
  • Know how to market complex products to both technical and non-technical buyers
  • Have expertise in product marketing and previous success launching new features and products
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with customers and internal stakeholders, from senior leadership to individual contributors.
  • Team player abilities with strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
  • Strong organizational and dependency management skills with great attention to detail, ensuring that plans are successfully executed on time.
