About Invisible

Invisible is the operations innovation company transforming how companies are built and run.

We are a tech-enabled service providing solutions to the world’s most complex business problems. Driven by our proprietary process orchestration platform, we seamlessly integrate advanced AI and automation with a global network of thousands of experts. This powerful combination delivers new capabilities and eliminates barriers to execution for our clients, unlocking unprecedented efficiency, scale, and growth opportunities.

Invisible has experienced exponential growth, quadrupling in size year over year for the past three years. At the beginning of 2024, we surpassed an Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) of $100 million and continue to grow at speed. Operating as a profitable business, we maintain near complete ownership, with a firm foundation built on creating long-term shareholder value. We are excited to offer substantial equity compensation as part of our commitment to our team, presenting life-changing opportunities for our partners.

About The Role

We are Invisible's Talent Acquisition Team, dedicated to driving measurable business impact through the attraction of exceptional talent. Our mission is to attract and engage top-tier candidates for our Partner & Specialist workforce. In this pivotal role, you will lead the executive hiring efforts across all departments. Reporting directly to the VP of Talent Acquisition, you will drive the strategy and execution for securing top-tier executive talent that aligns with the organization's strategic goals and vision.

Key responsibilities include partnering closely with department heads, C-suite executives, and senior leadership to understand their unique talent needs, designing and implementing tailored search strategies, and ensuring a seamless, high-touch candidate experience. You will also oversee and develop a team of specialized Executive Talent Acquisition Partners, fostering an environment that prioritizes excellence, growth, and innovation in recruiting practices. Your leadership will ensure that the team not only meets hiring targets but also delivers long-term value to the business by bringing in transformative leaders.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of our leadership team, directly impacting the company's success and trajectory.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage and scale a high-performing team of Executive Talent Acquisition Partners, prioritizing coaching, development, and operational excellence.
  • Collaborate closely with leaders across all departments—including Client Services, Marketing, Sales, Operations, Technology, and Finance—to understand their unique hiring objectives and create tailored recruiting strategies to meet headcount goals.
  • Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for high-impact and leadership roles across the organization, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Work in partnership with Talent Acquisition Operations to enhance hiring dashboards and reporting tools, providing increased visibility into the recruitment funnel and identifying opportunities for process improvement.
  • Guide the team in refining and scaling processes to support organizational growth while maintaining an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Stay informed of industry and geographic talent trends, using insights to shape hiring strategies and adapt to the evolving talent landscape.

What We Need

  • 12+ years of recruiting experience, including significant experience recruiting for Executive level roles across diverse functions
  • 6+ years of people leadership experience
  • Previous experience in building out the Executive Search function in-house
  • Proven track record working within an Executive Search Agency
  • A career developer; reflecting on the people you’ve managed or informally mentored throughout your career, you have a plethora of people who have glowing things to say about how you helped them achieve their professional development goals and unlock their full potential
  • Metrics-driven; you’re comfortable working with dashboards and can manage candidate pipelines as if you were a sales leader
  • A problem solver; when tasked with macro or micro challenges, you know how to roll up your sleeves and partner with your team and appropriate stakeholders to solve the task at hand
  • A cultural steward; Invisible’s company values deeply resonate with who you are and how you operate

What’s In It For You

We believe in recognizing exceptional work with exceptional benefits. That’s why we empower our Partners to work remotely around the world on a schedule that suits their lifestyle. Our Partner Pay Model is fully transparent and designed for co-ownership, recognizing that professionals have unique needs. We balance profitability and growth by reinvesting annual profits to fuel expansion and fairly compensate our partners. With over 65% ownership already in the hands of our partners, we are committed to achieving 100% partner ownership. Moreover, our leadership team is legally obligated to buy back partner shares according to a formal liquidity plan. This ensures a clear path for those who choose to sell their stake in the company.

Compensation:

  • Base: $170,000
  • Base + Bonus Target: $250,000
  • This role is eligible to participate in Invisible’s equity plan.

The amount listed above is the expected annual base salary for this role, subject to change.
