Job description

On behalf of our client, an international holding company specializing in the online entertainment industry, we are looking for an experienced Head of Recruitment to join their dynamic team.


Requirements:


  • Proficient level of English (both written and verbal), Ua/Ru - native/fluent level;
  • 2+ years as a Head of Recruitment (or 3+ years as a Team Lead in Recruitment) within an IT/iGaming/gambling company;
  • Proficient in modern recruitment methods and tools;
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct audits and analyze data;
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills;
  • Highly responsible with a strong focus on results;
  • Skilled in providing feedback and training team members;
  • Adaptable and effective in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities:


  • Lead and manage recruitment teams (up to 40 people);
  • Oversee the implementation of recruitment plans;
  • Ensure quality control across all stages of the recruitment process, including job creation, candidate sourcing, interviewing, competency assessment, and hiring decisions;
  • Conduct hiring process audits, assess compliance with standards, and develop recommendations for process improvement;
  • Evaluate candidate quality through CV checks, interviews, and test task analysis;
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics;
  • Oversee onboarding and training of new team members.
