Job Description
Are you a driven, goal-oriented individual looking to make an impact with a well-respected brand? As a Direct Sales Agent working from home at Allstate, you’ll play a vital role in helping customers find the right protection for their needs while driving growth for the company. This role is focused on inbound customer interactions, where you’ll take the time to understand customer needs, identify coverage gaps, and make personalized recommendations that help protect what matters most.
What You'll Do:
Meet and Exceed Sales Goals: Deliver outstanding sales performance by building trust and confidence with customers, understanding their unique needs, and matching them to Allstate’s products and services.
Provide Expert Product Recommendations: Master our offerings to recommend coverage options and rates using Allstate’s tools and systems, ensuring each customer receives the best value and peace of mind.
Strengthen Customer Relationships: Take initiative to expand household coverage, increase retention, and ensure customers feel fully supported. You’ll use influential communication skills to nurture long-term relationships and improve customer satisfaction.
Collaborate to Achieve Excellence: Work with your team and leadership to align with company growth strategies and set ambitious performance targets.
Stay Informed and Compliant: Attend ongoing training to stay up-to-date on products, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. Your proactive approach to continuous improvement will be essential in a fast-paced environment.
What We’re Looking For:
Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred
Experience: 0-2 years in sales or customer service (preferred)
Licensing: Property & Casualty License preferred but not required; we support your journey to becoming licensed.
