Quality Assurance Intern - Remote

Position Details: Fully Remote

Your Responsibilities:

• Test Planning:  Assist in developing and executing test plans and test cases based on product requirements.
  
• Manual Testing:  Conduct manual testing of software applications to identify bugs, glitches, and performance issues.
  
• Automation Support:  Support the development and maintenance of automated test scripts to enhance testing efficiency.
  
• Bug Tracking:  Identify, document, and track defects using QA tools, ensuring clear communication of issues to the development team.
  
• Collaboration:  Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and resolve issues.
  
• Reporting:  Assist in preparing detailed reports on testing activities, results, and quality metrics.
  
• Continuous Improvement:  Participate in the continuous improvement of QA processes and methodologies to enhance product quality.
  
• Documentation:  Maintain comprehensive documentation of testing procedures, test cases, and defect reports.
  

Requirements

Who We're Looking For:

• Educational Background:  Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  
• Relevant Experience:  Previous internships or coursework in quality assurance, software testing, or related areas is a plus.
  
• Attention to Detail:  Strong attention to detail and a commitment to identifying and resolving issues.
  
• Technical Skills:  Basic understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
  
• Communication Skills:  Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to document and report findings clearly.

• Organizational Skills:  Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  
• Technical Familiarity:  Familiarity with testing tools and software (e.g., Selenium, JIRA) is a plus.
