Talent Acquisition Specialist

Join us and make an impact by supporting our end-to-end talent acquisition cycle and working for a global company recognized for its strong values and purpose. Create recruiting strategy in partnership with hiring managers and local People Partners.

Here’s some of the other things you can look forward to

You will play a key role in our people experience from sourcing and attracting candidates to conducting and filtering applicant interviews and promoting Hempel’s reputation and values. You will work a variety of roles across our segments: Energy & Infrastructure, Marine, Deco, Technical & Operations, and Shared Services! Scope of work will be countries in Middle East and South & East Asia.

  • You will create a recruitment action plan to fill open hourly and corporate positions within specified timeframe  

  • You will source and screen high quality candidates to help to support business needs   

  • You will conduct final interviews focusing on competencies and will assess applicants' relevant knowledge and skills  

  • You will monitor and apply HR Recruiting best practices 

  • You’ll act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process  

What do you need to be successful in this role?

You are a professional with solid full cycle and high volume experience recruiting all level roles in Middle East and South & East Asia. You are trusted partner, excellent at building relations as well as a strong executor with high sense of urgency and focus on delivering value  

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience  

  • 3 to 5 Years of experience recruiting

  • Fluent English language proficiency is a must and Bilingual a plus (Arabic) 

  • Experience from similar global organizations is a plus  

  • Demonstrated experience in sourcing diverse candidates through development of a strong sourcing strategy
