Job description

We are currently seeking a System Administrator to join our dynamic team and support the smooth operation of our technical infrastructure.

Since its inception in 2011, G-Space Studio has been dedicated to crafting a wide array of games and applications collaborating with clients from Europe, Canada, and the USA. The journey began with a humble team of indie Flash game developers, which has since grown into a seasoned collective of game development veterans. With a deep passion for gaming and extensive knowledge of the field, G-Space Studio specializes in creating a variety of high-quality products. This includes engaging PC games, immersive AR/VR experiences, and captivating mobile games.


Requirements:

  • Expertise in administration and troubleshooting of GNU/Linux-based OS, and Debian-based distributives.
  • Strong understanding of networking fundamentals: OSI model, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing, VPN, NAT, VLAN, ICMP, HTTP.
  • Understanding of cybersecurity principles, Firewalls, encryption, intrusion detection systems, and security best practices.
  • Basic knowledge of AWS: EC2, VPC, Route53, S3, IAM, Secrets manager.


Nice to have

  • Experience with infrastructure as code using Terraform and Ansible.
  • Experience in administering Perforce Helix services: Perforce Core, Perforce Proxy, Helix Swarm, Helix Authentication Service, Helix Core Git Connector.


Responsibilities:

  • Provision, configure and maintain Ubuntu-based infrastructure in the AWS cloud.
  • Provision and configure infrastructure using infrastructure as code approach utilizing Ansible and Terraform.
  • Configure and manage network services in AWS cloud environments.
  • Collaborate with the development team to ensure seamless operation and minimal downtime of development services: Perforce Helix services and other critical development tools.
  • Ensure systems comply with company policies, and regulatory requirements.
