WHAT YOU'LL BE WORKING ON

Define the product vision, considering market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape;
Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of Payment Gateway features and enhancements;
Collaborate with engineering, design, and other cross-functional teams to drive product development initiatives;
Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and pain points related to payment solutions;
Develop and manage the product budget, ensuring cost-effective and efficient use of resources;
Collaborate with finance and other stakeholders to align product strategies with financial objectives;
Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, vendors, and key stakeholders;
Ensure that the company products comply with industry regulations and security standards;
Work closely with legal and compliance teams to mitigate risks associated with payment processing;

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE

Bachelor's or master's degree in business, finance, or a related field;
Proven experience in product management, with a focus on payment gateway solutions;
Demonstrated success in leading and developing high-performing teams;
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills;
Excellent communication and presentation skills;
In-depth knowledge of fintech industry trends and payment technologies;
Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing product life cycles;
In-depth knowledge of payment gateway technologies, industry standards, and security protocols;
Advanced English level; Russian not less than B1;
