The Role

As the Executive Assistant, you will be the CEO's strategic partner, ensuring optimal efficiency in all executive operations. Your primary goal is to create a seamless, proactive support system that allows the CEO to focus on strategic initiatives and organizational growth. You'll drive success by managing complex calendars, communications, and special projects with precision.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize the CEO's complex schedule and multiple email inboxes
  • Lead and mentor an administrative assistant
  • Coordinate executive-level events and speaking engagements
  • Plan and execute detailed travel arrangements
  • Manage special projects and initiatives
  • Serve as primary communication liaison with stakeholders
  • Support onsite workshops and recording sessions
  • Coordinate with personal assistant on business and family logistics
  • Maintain exceptional attention to detail in all tasks


Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience supporting founders or C-suite executives
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field is preferred
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, G-suite, Canva, and Asana
  • Must be available for full-time, on-site work in Dallas (75230 area)
  • Experience with project management tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
