The Operations Team Lead is responsible for managing driver acquisition and activation. As the right-hand to the Senior Operations Specialist, you will translate strategic insights into actionable plans, leading their implementation with the support of an Operations Coordinator and an outsourced team. This role involves close collaboration with other members of the Supply Growth team, as well as with Operations, Marketing, Central Ops & Growth Analytics, to achieve shared goals. The Operations Team Lead plays a key role in optimizing processes, enhancing operational performance, and upholding Bolt’s values as a brand ambassador.

  • <point>Manage the lead funnel end-to-end, from lead acquisition to conversion, ensuring drivers register on the Bolt platform and complete their first trips.</point>
  • <point>Develop and execute scalable strategies to increase driver acquisition and activation, testing new initiatives to enhance lead conversion rates at each stage.</point>
  • <point>Mobilize and coordinate direct teams, including an Operations Coordinator and outsourced staff, as well as indirect teams, such as hub teams, Growth Analytics, and Marketing, to meet objectives..</point>
  • <point>Oversee and refine local operational processes, continually optimizing procedures for efficiency and impact</point>
  • <point>Implement driver acquisition and activation strategies set by senior management, aligning team efforts to achieve targets.</point>
  • <point>Advising and closely collaborating with HQ teams such as Product, Legal or Marketing to develop and execute key initiatives that drive growth and efficiency.</point>
  • <point>Build and maintain reporting systems for data-driven decision-making, reporting on results, and identifying root causes and action plans when targets are not met.</point>
