Adfix is a growth agency specialized on paid search & social for ambitious DTC brands and retailers around the world. We don't have a an office in Manhattan or attend pitches for million dollar budgets, but we've been fortunate to grow with our clients.

To be frank, we rarely land clients with million dollar budgets out of the blue. Instead, We nurture up-and-coming brands and help them scale to 8 figures and beyond.

As a Creative Strategist for DTC Brands, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing innovative strategies that elevate our clients' marketing campaigns. This position calls for a unique blend of creativity and analytical thinking, enabling you to provide insightful direction for brand storytelling and visual content.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough market analysis and brand assessments to inform creative briefs.
  • Collaborate closely with the media buying team to create targeted campaigns that resonate with the audience.
  • Strategize and oversee the production of engaging visual content, both graphics and video media.
  • Provide guidance and feedback to designers and content creators to ensure alignment with campaign objectives.
  • Manage the sourcing and organization of visual assets, drawing from various client-provided sources.
  • Analyze the performance of creative assets and collaborate on continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends to infuse fresh, innovative ideas into campaigns.

Requirements

  • Solid experience in a creative strategy role, preferably within a DTC-focused marketing or advertising agency - particularly in US Markets.
  • A robust portfolio demonstrating successful campaign work across different media formats.
  • Exceptional communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Proficient in relevant design and editing software.
