As a brand strategy consultant, you’ll implement the Progressive brand strategy to further increase brand recognition and growth. In this role, you’ll execute the existing frameworks like the Brand House and refresh the business’s brand identity strategy. Additionally, you’ll identify and develop future capabilities, like Gen AI, to further develop the brand’s ability to connect where consumers and customers are present.

This is a remote position.

Must-have Qualifications

  • High School diploma/GED equivalent or higher and a minimum of eleven years of experience in Marketing and/or Advertising, including previous work experience in brand management or agency, with an emphasis on brand building and brand/marketing strategy
  • {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing or related field of study, such as Business, and a minimum of eight years of experience in Marketing and/or Advertising, including previous work experience in brand management or agency, with an emphasis on brand building and brand/marketing strategy

Preferred Skills

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute brand and marketing strategy, including brand identity and/or brand architecture
  • Demonstrated knowledge of brand marketing and brand communication
  • Ability to analyze and build a recommendation using information from multiple sources (i.e., research, external experts, etc)
  • Proven ability to build & maintain effective relationships within a matrixed environment, including managing senior relationships
  • Proven ability to assess the current and future capability needs of an organization and help identify solutions to meet those needs

Compensation

  • $93,200 - $124,300/year
  • Gainshare bonus up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
