Your Role:
As the Chief Growth Officer, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing a comprehensive revenue strategy that aligns Marketing, Sales, and Go-to-Market teams with our ambitious growth objectives. You will lead initiatives to drive market expansion, boost customer acquisition and retention, and bring innovative products and services to new audiences.
In this critical role, you’ll collaborate cross-functionally with product, finance, and our executive team to maximize our market share, enhance profitability, and ensure sustainable growth. You’ll also play a key role in building a culture of excellence within our high-performing teams.
What You’ll Do:
Revenue Strategy & Sales Leadership: Develop and implement a revenue-driven strategy to accelerate growth across marketing, sales, and go-to-market initiatives.
Marketing Leadership: Ensure brand consistency, optimize demand generation, and strengthen our market presence.
Customer-Centric Growth: Cultivate lasting client relationships and drive strategies for lead generation, customer acquisition, and retention.
Data-Driven Decisions: Leverage analytics and market trends to make informed decisions and hit revenue targets.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with our product and finance teams to align strategies and scale the business.
Team Leadership: Mentor and inspire your teams, creating a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
What You Bring:
Experience: 10+ years of successful leadership in Sales, Marketing, and Go-to-Market strategies, preferably in the education sector.
Strategic Vision: Proven success of driving growth across Sales, Marketing, and Go-to-Market Strategy, with a track record of driving significant revenue growth.
Sales & Marketing Expertise: Deep understanding of sales processes, digital marketing, brand positioning, and demand generation.
Leadership: Experience building and leading high-performing, diverse teams across multiple regions.
Customer-Centric Mindset: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage senior stakeholders, clients, and partners.

How Much: $221,900 + Variable Compensation
