The Opportunity:

As a Sales Consultant at Outsourcey, you will be responsible for developing new business through website enquiries, referrals and outbound calls. You will build relationships with potential clients and partners, effectively communicating the value of our BPO service, and driving sales growth. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your sales skills and contribute to the growth of a dynamic business.

What Youll Be Doing:

  • Engaging with clients to effectively discover and understand their staffing requirements.
  • Building and nurturing client relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Proactively identifying and connecting with potential clients who would benefit from our BPO services.
  • Customising our services to cater to the unique needs and objectives of each client, ensuring a tailored solution.
  • Overseeing the entire sales process from initial outreach, prospecting, relationship establishment, negotiation, and closing.
  • Maintaining an understanding of the BPO industry, understanding market trends and competitor activities.
  • Conducting comprehensive needs assessments to understand client requirements and propose suitable BPO solutions.

What Were Looking For:

  • Demonstrated success in a sales capacity, preferably within the recruitment or BPO industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, coupled with strong negotiation abilities.
  • Self-driven and results-oriented mindset, with a documented history of achieving sales targets.
  • A passion for learning and enhancing your existing skills, coupled with great client-facing skills to effectively communicate and engage with clients.
