Job Summary: Senior Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant to lead complex change initiatives for clients, drive OCM practice evolution and maturity, and mentor junior team members. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience delivering change management services and a proven track record of successful organizational transformations.
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive change management strategies and plans.
  •  Able to understand and apply industry change management concepts to unique client situations.
  • Conduct complex impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
  • Design and deliver advanced training programs and workshops to support change initiatives.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and project teams to integrate change management activities into strategic plans.
  • Provide expert coaching and support to all levels of an organization to enable them to lead change effectively.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management strategies and make necessary adjustments.
  • Create and manage communication plans to ensure stakeholders are informed and engaged.
  • Mentor and guide junior change management consultants.
  •  Understand related business improvement approaches and techniques such as Process Mapping, Toyota Improvement Kata, SIPOC, BPM, Value Stream Mapping and able to integrate with OCM concepts. 
  • Innovate and execute successful client workshops tailored to unique requirements. 
  • Learning development expertise creating and delivering training content for complex subjects across a variety of media channels. 
  • Contributes to the maturity of the consulting practice collateral and future vision


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  •  6+ years in change management, organizational development, or a related field.
  • Deep understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Certification in management change (e.g., Prosci, ACMP)

Compensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $91,400 - $169,700.
