JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Inside Sales & Service Specialist to enhance the efficiency of our sales team and channel partners. This role involves supporting various functions, including order processing, customer quotes, sales information management, product training, and financing.

Responsibilities: 
  • Assist sales representatives and channel partners with order processing and customer inquiries.  Generate and manage customer quotes, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

  • Maintain and organize sales information to support decision-making processes.

  • Facilitate product training sessions for internal teams and partners.

  • Provide administrative support related to billing inquiries.

  • Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve routine issues.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a related field.

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a fleet support position.

  • Ability to learn and apply professional concepts, theories, and procedures.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on detail-oriented tasks.

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build stable working relationships.

Compensation Range:

$35,600.00 - $73,600.00

Compensation Frequency:

Annual

Base pay offered may vary depending on actual location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Supplemental pay types may include commissions or bonus incentives, depending on the role.
