勤務地は日本国内、セールスマネージャーへのレポートとなります。

職務内容

日本でのメディカル事業部の売上成長に専念します。 このポジションは、日本の市場シェアを拡大し、新しい市場を開拓することが期待されています。新規商談の獲得/販売/ SFDCを利用した商談管理の強化等に注力して頂きます。ドクターの中にはコアなファンも数多くいらっしゃいますし、新製品も数多くローンチされます。マーケットシェアはまだまだ伸びていきますので、これまでのご経験をもとに、やりがいをもって取り組んで頂くことができます。

要件

経験;

  • 医療業界での、営業経験3年以上必須。
  • 医療機器メーカーやディーラーでのご経験者歓迎します。
  • 外科・眼科分野での知識や、手術立ち合い経験あれば尚可。

学歴: 大卒もしくは同等程度

言語: 日本語は必須

出張: 国内出張あり。 10~20%程度

勤務地:首都圏 ※ただし将来的に転勤の可能性あり

その他:コミュニケーション能力、交渉スキルをもとに顧客やビジネスパートナーとの関係構築ができ、ラインマネージャー、同僚とのコミュニケーションを大切にし、チームとしても成果を出す事が出来る方。
