- Qualify leads effectively by asking the right questions to gauge interest, ensuring the team’s time is focused on high-potential clients.
- Maintain and update the CRM with all interactions, keeping lead details current and setting timely reminders for follow-ups to ensure seamless lead management.
- Refine and improve sales techniques daily, dedicating time to practice talk tracks, enhance strategies, and stay sharp on industry best practices.
- Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, follow-ups, and appointments, ensuring lead flow is maximized and potential is fully realized.
Qualifications:
- A Texas Real Estate License (or actively working toward one) is a plus, but not a requirement.
- 12 months experience working remote.
- 2+ years of sales experience.
