Location: Remote, but the ability to work East Coast hours is essential.

A Day in the Life

As the Associate Director of Business Development, Life Sciences you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the pharmaceutical and therapeutics sector, and then build and maintain these strong relationships with key decision-makers. With a solution focused approach, you will understand the customer needs and create tailor-made resolutions to meet their specific needs.

This is an exciting time for Genomics - we are looking to grow and develop our Commercial our team, and this role will play a key part in introducing our products to the market, as we look to revolutionise healthcare.

Who You Are

  • Sales experience in the biotech, pharmaceutical, or genetics industry.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and its sales processes

  • An understanding of the use of genetics in driving better health outcomes.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
