What are we looking for?
Currently enrolled in an MBA program abroad with a duration of up to 1 year
Brazilian nationality
Availability to work in Brazil after completing the MBA
What will you be doing?
Each participant is challenged to develop a project previously defined by the area management and direct leadership, with a clear goal and impact for the company. To achieve this, they will work alongside one or more teams. At the end of the program, all projects will be presented to a panel composed of the Stone Executive Committee.
Additionally, throughout the program, each participant will have mentorship sessions with the Executive Committee, the Board, and former MBAs, to build connections and shape their post-MBA journey. The goal is to contribute to the development of their competencies, behaviors, and skills
Below, we share with you an example of a project developed by one of our MBA interns during 2024:
In 2024, Ton, which previously focused solely on POS payments for small entrepreneurs, faced new challenges with the launch of additional products like TapTon, Super Conta Ton, Payment Link, Card, and Insurance. This shift required a deeper understanding of how multiple products impacted the customer lifecycle. To manage this, Ton established the Customer Engagement and Retention area, aimed at better understanding customer journeys and interactions with our products. By leveraging this insight, we developed strategies to offer the right product to the right customer at the right time, with the goal of increasing profitability and reducing churn by maximizing customer engagement.
With the evolution of analytics, the work began to focus more on creating customer Retention and Engagement strategies, using the offering of different products as a lever to reduce churn, increase engagement, and drive revenue for Ton customers.

The selection process
