About You

We are looking for a Senior Manager - HR Systems & Applications for APAC. You will work with HR and Payroll teams to support the business in the delivery and management of HR and payroll systems and processes. 

This role is responsible for the day-to-day vendor management of Accenture production support of the Global HR systems (Workday, Brass Ring, and Global Learning Portal).

  • Based in our office in Petaling Jaya

  • Reports to the Global Senior Director for HR Applications Support & Core HCM based in US.

Your Responsibilities include
  • Providing regional Tier 3 support for HR system-related issues and approving system changes within your authority level—Workday and Service Now.

  • Act as liaison between Production Support (including Accenture) and the HR Business and Global Financial Services.

  • Responsible for communicating with HR and Payroll system stakeholders (HR, Payroll, Accenture, etc.) regarding system-related issues such as system outages, changes, new functionality, etc.

  • Work with Accenture, HR, and Payroll to identify opportunities for system and process improvements.

  • Provide training to ensure the system stakeholders have the proper training and documentation for data entry, reporting, data flow, and end-to-end processes.

  • Partner with Regional and HR Technology teams to ensure the Global teams communicate and collaborate successfully on all aspects of system support.

  • Act as a regional engagement lead to ensure the local HR and Payroll teams are aligned with the global HR roadmap.

What you will need to be successful
  • Have a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or any relevant field. Those with Workday certification is preferred.

  • Minimum 6 years working experience in WD, SAP HCM, or relevant HR Applications.

  • Proficiency in written and spoken Mandarin is essential.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Experience working with multiple business stakeholders on requirements and business process definitions.

  • Knowledge of HR business process design and development.

  • Able to analyze and redesign business processes, workflows, and system integration.

  • Have the ability to effectively interpret technical and business processes well.
