Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Receiving and processing all orders accurately and efficiently
  • Entering customer information into databases such as names, billing details, address, etc.
  • Maintaining a record of all open orders and track status of all pending transactions.
  • Obtaining multiple quotes for orders with local title providers and track for status until receive approval by the client
  • Must be able to enter a high volume of orders while maintaining accuracy
  • Reviews commercial and national commercial multisite order information to confirm all search requirements are met.
  • Prepare and review preliminary Good Faith Estimates and closing and other invoices, revise as required;
  • Order ancillary searches and any title products, certificates, miscellaneous searches, surveys, survey locates, survey quotes and services are ordered by the order intake group
  • Create, memorialize, standardize department policies and procedures; and
  • Provide general support to other Company employees.
Qualifications:
  • Degree from accredited college/university (preferred)
  • Strong organization and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer software, ability to learn title specific software
  • Prior experience in title agency orders and/or production department(s) – 1 year min,, preferred
  • Professional and dependable
  • Must work well under pressure in a team driven environment

The salary range for this role is $55,000/yr-$65,000/yr. This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in New York. Base pay offered may vary depending on, but not limited to education, experience, skills, geographic location, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics. This range may be modified in the future.
