This is a remote position.

 

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Sales and Marketing Assistnat with a passion for customer service and sales. In this role, you will be responsible for lead conversion, managing client inquiries, and supporting our members to ensure an exceptional experience. Key responsibilities include following up on potential client leads, engaging with prospects and current members, and assisting with marketing campaigns to drive studio growth. You will also manage class schedules, maintain our CRM, and handle administrative tasks such as invoicing and payment processing. Requirements
Sales-Priority Tasks for Pilates Studio Administrator
  1. Sales & Lead Conversion

  • Follow up on potential client leads from marketing campaigns (e.g., Meta ads, email campaigns).

  • Contact prospects who have shown interest in classes, offering trials or promotions.

  • Track and update sales leads, setting up reminders for follow-ups.

  • Respond to Inquiries

    • Prioritize responses to new client inquiries via phone, email, and social media.

    • Provide detailed information on pricing, class schedules, membership options, and services to convert leads into sales.

  • Member Support & Nurturing

    • Assist current members with booking issues and membership queries to ensure retention.

    • Upsell existing members on additional services or upgrades (e.g., adding classes, introducing special offers).

  • Marketing Support

    • Assist in executing email marketing campaigns (e.g., sending newsletters or promotional offers).

    • Monitor the success of marketing campaigns (e.g., ad engagement, social media responses) and report on lead conversions.

  • Social Media Engagement

    • Monitor and engage with social media comments and direct messages, prioritizing inquiries related to classes or promotions.

    • Track and optimize social media campaigns for better lead generation.

  • Class & Studio Management

    • Manage the booking system, ensuring that classes are accurately scheduled and properly filled.

    • Communicate with instructors regarding class attendance, cancellations, or waitlists to ensure a seamless client experience.

  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

    • Maintain the CRM system, ensuring that all lead and member information is up to date.

    • Log all inquiries, sales, and follow-ups, prioritizing potential sales leads.

  • Administrative Support

    • Organize digital files and documents.

    • Handle invoicing and payment processing, ensuring all payments are tracked and followed up promptly.
