Bachelor's or technical degree in administration, project management, architecture, engineering or related fields, Proven experience in project planning for multidisciplinary construction, Knowledge of project planning processes, methods and techniques, Proficient in project management software (MS Project, Primavera), Intermediate knowledge of Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Key responsabilities:
- Develop detailed project schedules using planning software for equipment and systems
- Monitor the physical progress of project timelines and adjust as needed
- Prepare and update schedules, WBS, and CBS with multidisciplinary teams
- Analyze and report on supply plans and critical projects trends
- Lead project meetings and produce reports based on project updates
