Driven by smart people and innovative ideas, and backed by one of the leading technology and software-focused private equity firms, Shiftmove is building award-winning SaaS solutions for mobility management.

Join our open-minded, humble, and honest group of more than 200 people from over 35 countries, who are all committed to building a better future for our clients and the industry as a whole.

Exploring and fulfilling customers' needs is the key to growing a successful business in any area. With our products - Avrios, we are building features that enable data-driven decisions to improve the use of automotive infrastructure, which significantly impact their business.

In this role, working in our core team, you drive the end-to-end design, development, testing, and implementation process of our team's product experiences. You will collaborate with our core team to understand and translate the main customer problems into solutions, from creating materials ranging from mock-up prototypes for quick user tests to high-fidelity UX designs that are ready to be built by your product team members. Be prepared to absorb multiple sources of feedback in the process, explore multiple hypotheses and drive the decision-making process to define and de-risk new product experiences.

Your Role

  • You will be the partner in crime of the Product Managers and Researchers in our product team. While collaborating with the Product Managers, and developers to conduct deep user research you will understand what is needed to make sense of what our users need.

  • Represent the Product Design team in facilitating and contributing to design discussions and workshops, giving feedback in planning and product channels.
  • You'll play a crucial role in contributing to, maintaining, and designing the future of our design system, empowering product designers across teams to create an exceptional 360° customer experience.
  • As a member of the Design & Research team, you'll collaborate closely with researchers and brand designers, ensuring your impact touches all aspects of Shiftmove.
  • This role offers incredible opportunities to work on in-house projects, whether it's an upcoming rebranding or other creative tasks, allowing you to grow and thrive as a designer.

  • About Your Profile
  • Extensive experience working with UX, UI and User Research as a CX Designer, Product Designer, UX Designer, or similar role where you worked in direct collaboration with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders for the implementation of designs.

  • Proven experience and ability in all different process stages from problem-solving definition to development and implementation.
  • A proven understanding of how product design impacts business objectives and strategy.
