Job Description:
We are looking for a talented Senior Product Designer to join our cutting-edge AI startup. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in 2 key areas:
– Designing modern SaaS products with a focus on user experience.
– Managing product requirements as a product manager.
The role of product designer within Certchain is a hybrid one, where the candidate must fuse the best skills of a UI/UX designer with those of a product manager, with the ability to move swiftly and effortlessly between the 2 functions. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with multi-disciplinary teams, including engineers, data scientists, product managers, and the founding team, to create innovative solutions for the complex challenges faced by our customers in regulated industries. Your work will also directly impact the look and feel of our AI-driven solutions, helping users navigate complex functionality with ease.
Responsibilities:
• Manage feature delivery of new product features, from inception to release
• Design modern interfaces for enterprise SaaS products using the MUI framework.
• Prototype solutions to help visualise product features for engineering and sales functions
• Gather insights to make informed product and design decisions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with teams to ensure requirements align with business and technical requirements.
• Stay updated on best practices to create modern and engaging products.
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback and testing.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing design for web apps and mobile apps.
• Demonstrable experience operating in a product management capacity
• Experience designing administration portals is greatly preferred
• Proficiency in design software (Sketch is greatly preferred, but Figma could be considered) .
• Experience with the MUI library.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong user-focused approach.
