This is a remote position.


Schedule:

  • Part-time, 28-30 hours per week - 
  • 7:30am - 12:30am Sunday
  • 9:30am - 2:30pm Tuesday
  • 9:30am - 2:30pm Wednesday
  • 9:30am - 2:30pm Thursday
  • 7:30am - 12:30am Saturday

Job Description

As a B2B Sales Specialist, you’ll spearhead our client’s expansion efforts by leveraging cutting-edge LinkedIn strategies to connect with business owners and decision-makers. Your role is crucial in persuading high-potential prospects to join our client’s elite team of marketing experts. You’ll be the driving force behind booking quality appointments, nurturing leads, and closing deals that contribute directly to our client’s aggressive growth targets. This position offers a unique blend of sales prowess, strategic thinking, and the opportunity to make a significant impact on businesses across various industries.

Responsibilities
  • Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and engage potential clients, focusing on business owners and key decision-makers
  • Execute targeted outreach campaigns to book high-value appointments
  • Persuade business owners to join our client’s network of marketing professionals
  • Conduct compelling B2B sales campaigns to promote our client’s innovative services
  • Implement provided scripts and SOPs while maintaining natural, engaging conversations
  • Manage prospect information efficiently using the client’s CRM system
  • Update and maintain detailed spreadsheets with applicant information
  • Drive towards ambitious targets, including closing 10 deals before December 20th
  • Collaborate with an international team to support and expand our UK-based client’s operations


Requirements

  • Proven track record in B2B sales, particularly in lead generation or appointment setting
  • Expert-level proficiency in using LinkedIn for prospecting and strategic outreach
  • Outstanding communication skills with the ability to persuade and influence decision-makers
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management and the ability to work independently
  • Experience with CRM systems and meticulous data entry skills
  • Adaptability to follow scripts and SOPs while injecting personality into conversations
  • Comfortable working across different time zones with a flexible schedule
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding performance targets
