The Opportunity

Location: Remote

Experience: 5+ years

Role: Full-Time

While working with the Content Head closely, the incumbent will own complete growth responsibilities concerning original content (text and video), traffic, and revenue as a part of their role.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive the Business agenda, and manage text and content business P&L for multiple Sports and Entertainment websites/sections
Developing and execute growth strategies to increase user acquisition, retention, and revenue
Work closely with the content managers/content specialists to grow important KPIs like Daily/Monthly revenue, unique visitors, session time, revenue/visit, overall revenue, Exclusive interviews etc
Make best use of marketing channels and tactics, including social media, search engine marketing, and display advertising, data analysis and experimentation to optimize the customer journey and improve ROI.
Benchmark Absolute Sports’ content coverage vis-a-vis competition and work on actionable points to provide the best content experience to the users while building content authority.
Hire, mentor, and grow multiple content teams. Continuously track business performance, setting it up for growth and course-correcting whenever necessary
Work towards creating qualitative processes to upscale Absolute Sports’ brand in US

Requirements

5+ years of experience in managing and growing businesses/verticals
Growth Mindset, Strong Business Acumen, and Analytical Skills
Understanding/Working knowledge of SEO, Digital Marketing, scaling businesses and Analytics
Energy and passion to create the most engaging content for sports and entertainment fans in the US
Ability and flexibility to work weekends as sports and entertainment peaks during that time
A proactive and open-minded attitude to resolving problems and delivering results
You may have to occasionally take on tasks outside the normal scope of your job
