[Remote] Territory Sales Manager – Lighting & Smart Control Solutions

Location: United States – Remote

Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 base + Commission (1st Year OTE $150k; 2nd Year OTE $180-$220k)

Job Type: Full-Time

Typical Hours: Mon-Fri; 7 AM – 4 PM (flexible)

Start Date: ASAP

Travel: Up to 1 week/month

Our client, specializing in smart control solutions, is seeking a Remote Territory Sales Manager to join their team in the United States. You will drive business growth across multiple sales channels, including OEM partnerships and manufacturer sales networks. Your time will be split evenly between developing new business and nurturing existing clients, as you will be stepping into the role of a soon-to-retire salesperson. Territory management and a strong technical background to both sell and provide technical support to clients are essential. This position offers remote flexibility with travel limited to about one week per month. This is a fantastic opportunity with excellent growth and earning potential!

• Attend industry events for networking
