About The Role
Job Title : Customer Support Agent – Shared Services
Location: Remote based in Portugal
Terms: Temporary 3 month Contract / Part-Time 20h weekly
Salary: Annual Gross 6.625 Euros (Inclusive of Holidays Allowances)
Schedule: Thursday 16:30 to 21:00 / Saturday 10:00 to 18:30 / Sunday 10:00 to 18:00

ABOUT THE ROLE
 
We are looking for a Part-Time Customer Support Agents to join our Shared services team. The successful candidate will work from home permanently so the only commute you’ll need to worry about is getting to your home desk. This will give you the time to focus on what is important: providing excellent support experience for our customers.
 
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
  • Your main role will be supporting our partners and customers via email, phone, or chat to ensure they have the best and most expedient experience possible. 
  • You’ll support them from start to finish, troubleshooting their problems and answering their questions.
  • You can identify and assess the customer's needs to provide the best possible support. You can consistently input data entry accurately, through the appropriate operating systems.

Your profile

ABOUT YOU
  • You have minimum 1 year previous experience in a contact centre 
  • You have strong interpersonal skills including active listening.
  • You are fluent in English – both in written and verbal communications.
  • You are a good multitasker due to your strong organisational skills
  • You are calm under pressure, and show empathy when dealing with customers
  • You love working as part of a team and are able to work towards individual and team KPI’s
  • You can perform all duties in an efficient, professional, and courteous manner at all times.
  • You can maintain regular consistent and professional attendance, and punctuality.
  • You pay great attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • You want to pursue the personal development of skills and knowledge necessary for the effective performance of the role.
